Penn Quarter has been very hospitable to our events and is located halfway between the U.S. Capitol Building and White House along Pennsylvania Avenue. It is also very easy to reach by the Metro as it is located directly across from Archives-Navy Mem’l – Penn Quarter Metro Stop on the Yellow or Green Line.
